Operation
The LD Series Fluid Controls operate by detecting the electrical
resistance of fluids. A sensitivity adjustment is provided to compensate for different
resistance levels, allowing the LD controls to sense most conductive fluids. (City Water,
Sea Water, Water and Glycol, Water and Oil, Coffee, Wet Soil, Weak Acid, Copper Sulphate,
Beverages)
A mode switch selects operation either as an upper or lower level control or as
a single level detector. A splash delay is also built in to override splashing in a tank.
